Don’t let the fear of disease or personal problem take over your future. Each day can be different. Dwelling on what youmay not be able to do will only stress you out & make you feel worse.

Been there & done that. Now I have peace knowing God’s got this. Stay focused on Him & he will give you strength.

When I get Meniere’s symptoms I remind myself to be patient & it will pass. Stressing out on how bad I might end up feels only triggers more symptoms. I found hope in Jesus & no matter how bad I might feel, He suffered so much more for us & He will continue to help us through anything.

My Meniere’s struggle was hard in the beginning but once I did this I found peace. God had me suffer from the severe vertigo attacks so I can help others. On my uncomfortable days I know I will be ok because God has me in his hands.

A verse I believe in when dealing with Meniere’s. While has been a challenge at time, I know God has a bigger plan for me. First get closer to Him so I could then help others. We are never alone.

In his kindness God called you to share in his eternal glory by means of Christ Jesus. So after you have suffered a little while, he will restore, support, and strengthen you, and he will place you on a firm foundation.
