This might give you a better visual understanding.  You can also show your friends & family so they can see what you deal with everyday.  I’ve also attached a list of other types of vertigo. It’s so hard for people to understand what we go through because you can’t see Meniere’s like you would with cancer or other illnesses.  Try not to get mad at them but educate them.

It has been fun here in Florida the last several days as a cold front passes over.  Nasty weather. Headaches that won’t go away & feeling off balance. On top of it, my allergies are not helping. At work we have a leak in the roof that is close my desk. I can’t even wear my contacts or my eyes start burning. It is also messing with some of MD symptoms . Roofer just came by to put us on the schedule. We had wind gust today up to 38 mph here & areas are without power. At least the rain finally stopped & the sun is out. But now there is a freeze warning issued for my county of Brevard. I have to run home & cover my palm trees. Still love the cold though because I am originally from Ohio.

This too shall pass!
